**NOTE FOR SUMMER ORDERS** If your order contains chocolate, we advise adding the ice pack option to your order. This will keep your chocolate from melting over 1-2 day shipping. It can also keep perishable goods like dairy products from spoiling over 1-2 day shipping. Priority mail is recommended for this type of order. Click here to add it to your order.
All online order usually 2-3 business days for handing and shipping. Orders placed after 3pm Eastern-Pacific time will be considered placed on the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be considered placed on the next business day. We are not responsible for any delay of the delivery caused by the carrier due to the nature or any situation that is out of our control. Any out of stock items will be refunded.
RETURN POLICY:
It is the customer responsibility to check for any damaged or missing item and reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect, accept and refuse any return items for exchange or a refund. Any return shipping cost will be pay by the customer. The customer must provide return with tracking information for proof of shipping. We do not accept return or issue a refund on any perishable items like pudding, meat, butter, Cheese, and etc. In addition, once the shipping label has been used or the package has been shipped; there is no refund for shipping cost.
